How much does a stay cost?
Great question! The cost of your trip will depend on the dates you are staying. Keep in mind weekdays and off season dates are typically the least expensive. Visit our PROPERTIES page to decide where you want to stay and on each of our specific property’s pages you can put in your dates to find out what the price will be.
What dates do you have available?
Go to the specific property that you want to stay at to view the calendar to view availability and pricing. You can find the vacation home you want by clicking HERE.
Do you offer parking?
All of our properties have free, on-site parking available for at least 2 cars. The number of parking spots available is dependent on the particular property.
Why am I being charged a security deposit? Will it be returned to me?
The deposit is for security purposes and will be refunded within 7 days of your check-out pending there are no additional costs incurred from your stay such as damage, excessive cleaning required, or breaking house rules.
How do I access your properties?
No more worrying about keeping track of keys. All of our properties feature electronic keyless entry. Two days prior to your arrival you will receive an e-mail with your door code to use during your stay.
What is your cancellation policy?
We get it, things come up, life happens and sometimes your plans are interrupted. Should you need to cancel you will receive a 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before arrival, a 50% refund if you cancel at least 7 days before arrival, and no refund if you must cancel within 7 days of arrival.
Can I bring my dog?
Due to many guests having allergies (including ourselves), our properties do not allow pets.
Can’t we just book through Airbnb? Why should we book through you?
Yes, you can absolutely book our properties through Airbnb or VRBO but why pay hundreds of dollars more to book the exact same property with the exact same hosts and level of customer service? Booking direct saves you money and keeps more in your pocket to spend on your vacation.
Do you offer a payment plan?
Vacations are expensive and we understand that which is why we do offer a couple of payment options. If you are not able to pay in full at the time of booking, we only require 60% of the payment to confirm your reservation with the remaining 40% due 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
Can I get an early check-in?
We do our best to offer an early check-in which may be subject to an additional fee. Please inquire with us if you are interested. Keep in mind that sometimes we do have guests checking out the same day you are checking in. In this case, an early check-in will not be available as our cleaners need the time to properly prepare the home for your arrival.
I just booked with you. What do I do now?
- After booking, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. (Please add us as a contact in your e-mail so you don’t miss out on any important communication.)
- You will also receive an e-mail to complete our rental agreement and schedule the security deposit for 2 days prior to your arrival.
- One week before your arrival, you will get an e-mail from Touchstay with a link to our digital guidebook. Make sure to add it to your homescreen for easy access. The digital guidebook has important information about the house such as how to access the internet, work the TVs and appliances, as well as our area recommendations.
- Two days before your arrival (as long as the rental agreement has been signed and the security deposit completed) you will receive an e-mail with your door code.
