This large lodge-style cabin has plenty of room for your large family or families accommodating up to 12 guests. Choctaw Mountain Lodge is located on all paved roads less than 2 miles from downtown Blue Ridge in the Mountain Tops community. It is minutes away from the Toccoa river for tubing, boating on Lake Blue Ridge, kayaking, and trout fishing, hiking, and mountain biking.

HOUSE RULES
- Please treat our home as if it is your own.
- Rental agreement must be signed.
- No pets.
- No smoking or illegal activity, events or parties.
- Maximum occupancy is 12 people.
- Renter must be at least 25 years of age and be present on property during rental period.
- A security deposit of $250 is required. It will be collected separately 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Guest receives 100% if cancellation occurs more than 14 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% if cancellation occurs more than 7 days before arrival; No refunds within 7 days of arrival.
