Cypress Lodge is located in Gatlinburg Falls Resort which is 2 miles from the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, 6 miles from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and 8 miles from Pigeon Forge.
The cabin is close to all the excitement but still nestled in the mountains without the incredibly windy, steep, narrow mountain roads to contend with.
THINGS TO KNOW
HOUSE RULES
- Please treat our home as if it is your own.
- Rental agreement must be signed.
- No pets.
- No smoking or illegal activity, events or parties.
- Maximum occupancy is 12 people.
- Renter must be at least 25 years of age and be present on property during rental period.
- Do not touch, cover, or tamper the security camera.
- A security deposit of $250 is required. It will be collected separately 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure.

- Entire house and linens are professionally cleaned prior to each arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Guest receives 100% if cancellation occurs more than 14 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% if cancellation occurs more than 7 days before arrival; No refunds within 7 days of arrival.
